Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit our website, contact us, or use its enquiry and communication features.
Effective and last updated: 23 August 2026
This website serves people and organisations in the UAE and India. We aim to handle personal information transparently and proportionately, taking account of applicable data-protection requirements.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- your name, work email, telephone or WhatsApp number, company, service interest, preferred contact channel, enquiry message, and how you heard about us;
- the page where a visit started, referring page, campaign parameters, and key interactions such as page views, enquiry starts, WhatsApp clicks, chat starts, and article calls to action;
- messages submitted to the website assistant;
- basic technical and security information needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and enforce rate limits, such as request time, network address, browser or device information, and request metadata;
- communications and follow-up records created when our team responds; and
- administrator identity information supplied through the approved OpenAI authentication flow for protected internal areas.
2. Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess whether we can help, communicate with you, operate the internal enquiry tracker, understand which content and channels lead to useful conversations, protect the website, maintain records, improve our services, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Website performance analytics are first-party operational records and are not used for cross-site advertising. We do not sell personal information.
3. Notice, consent and lawful processing
Before submitting an enquiry, the form asks you to confirm that we may contact you about it. We record that confirmation with the enquiry. Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may also be necessary to respond to your voluntary request, take steps before an agreement, perform a contract, comply with law, or secure and administer the website. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it; earlier lawful processing remains unaffected.
4. Translation and service providers
If you submit an enquiry in Arabic, the original message is stored in our protected enquiry system and its text may be sent securely to Microsoft Azure AI Translator solely to create an English version for our authorised team. We retain both versions, identify the English text as a machine translation, and ask our team to refer to the original where accuracy is important. Microsoft states that Translator processes submitted text to provide the translation and does not persist it at rest. Information may also be processed by carefully selected providers that support website hosting, database storage, authentication, transactional email, spam prevention, and communications. If you choose WhatsApp or open an embedded video, the relevant provider will process information under its own policy. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganisation.
5. International processing
Our audience, operations, and service providers may be located in different countries, including the UAE and India. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law and to limit processing to the stated purpose.
6. Retention
We retain enquiry, comment, communication, and aggregated website-performance records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, moderate discussions, improve content, manage a potential or active engagement, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, or contractual requirements. Retention can vary by record type and engagement status. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably required.
7. Security
We use access controls, protected administrator authentication, server-side database access, request validation, rate limits, security checks, restricted caching, and other reasonable safeguards. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, and you should not submit highly sensitive information through the general enquiry form.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may ask to access, correct, update, restrict, or erase your personal information; withdraw consent; object to certain processing; or raise a concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Contact contact@anvukta.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and respond within the period required by applicable law.
9. Children
The website and consulting services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information should contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
10. Official references
This policy has been prepared with reference to the UAE official data-protection overview, UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. These links are provided for reference and do not constitute a representation that every law applies in the same way to every interaction.
11. Contact and updates
