Website Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Anvukta Consulting Services website. A separate written agreement governs any paid consulting engagement.
Effective and last updated: 23 August 2026
1. About these terms
By accessing this website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. “Anvukta,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Anvukta Consulting Services.
2. Information, not an engagement
Website content is provided for general information. Visiting the website, using the assistant, downloading material, or submitting an enquiry does not create a consultant-client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, agency, or other professional relationship. A consulting engagement begins only when the relevant parties sign a written agreement.
3. Acceptable use and comments
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, administrator areas, databases, accounts, or infrastructure;
- introduce malware, automate abusive requests, bypass security controls, scrape at a disruptive scale, or interfere with availability;
- submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, confidential, promotional, or malicious material;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for an organisation; or
- reuse website content in a way that suggests our endorsement or ownership of your offering.
Article comments are reviewed before publication. We may approve, reject, edit for formatting, or remove comments at our discretion. You remain responsible for material you submit and must not include confidential or sensitive information.
4. Intellectual property
The website design, brand elements, original text, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Anvukta and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal, non-commercial evaluation. No other right or licence is granted unless we agree in writing.
5. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or interact with third-party services, including email, WhatsApp, video platforms, and authentication providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, or security.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or withdraw parts of the website and may update these terms. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. The effective date above identifies the current version.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the website, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any consulting liability is governed by the signed engagement agreement.
8. Applicable terms and disputes
Mandatory laws applicable to you and to the relevant Anvukta operating entity continue to apply. The governing law, forum, and dispute process for paid work will be stated in the relevant proposal or engagement agreement.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to contact@anvukta.com.
